Yes, if your diamond is certified from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) an offer can be made online or over the phone. The Gemological Institute of America is the most accurate grading lab for diamonds, which allows us to make an instant offer without an in-person appraisal. For more valuable diamonds of $5,000, it may be worthwhile to go through the process of certification from the Gemological Institute of America before selling. The GIA process will take about two weeks.
